About us

The most commonly asset every Singaporean has bought is HDB. Ever the government carry out the home ownership scheme since 1964, many of us became richer after buying the first roof over our heads. Many Singaporeans bought HDB and later sell off to upgrade to private housing.

We can either buy from the primary market , which is from the government or the secondary market which is the open market.

 

Even though buying from the primary market is slightly cheaper, many of us still prefer to buy from the secondary market especially in mature estates where is little or no BTO.
